EMPLOYMENT HISTORY :
January 2006 – Present : PT. Procon Indah (Property Consultant) as Property Manager
1.Perform day-to-day property management duties.
2.Prepare annual budget plan and monthly executive reports.
3.Perform weekly coordination meeting to control building management work progress.
4.Set up property management team member (structure organization) for new building.

January 2003 – January 2006 : PT. Procon Indah (Property Consultant) as Assistant Manager of Engineering Division.
1.Prepare audit report of the M&E design or M&E system installation as part of PT. Procon Indah engineering services.
2.Conduct regular inspection and evaluate M&E system of all buildings under the management of PT. Procon Indah.
3.Supervise construction works and M&E design of new buildings on behalf of building owner to ensure compliance with safety standard.

August 1999 – December 2002 : PT. HMA International (Engineering Consultant) as Senior Mechanical Engineer.
As HVAC Design Engineer /Building Mechanical Engineer, I was involved in development of design drawings, technical specifications, material take off preparation and installation supervision. As Project Manager for consultant team, I was maintaining liaison with owner-contractor-vendor, preparing cost estimate/bill of quantity, prepare project plan & evaluation (Gantt chart, S-Curve), problem investigation reports and supervising the installation of :
1.Air Conditioning and Ventilation System (HVAC).
2.Fire protection system, Plumbing system & sanitary drainage.

May 1996 - August 1999 : Hired by PT. Rekayasa Industri, (State-owned EPC company) as HVAC Engineer (incl. building mechanical /M&E).
1.Prepare Specification and Requisition documents for building mechanical system (HVAC, plumbing and fire fighting) based on BEDD.
2.Design water piping related to the air conditioning system and assemble hydraulic calculation.
3.Perform load calculation (Carier E-20 method), equipment selection and design ducting layout.
4.Design plumbing, sanitary drainage and STP.
5.Design fire fighting system using water, CO2 and FM-200 for central control building.
6.Supervise the installation work of building mechanical systems in project site to meet the project specification requirements.
7.Provide installation procedure and field instruction for any modification at site.

From January 2003 up to December 2005: Working as Engineering Manager for Property Management Service department. Main duties were conducted regular inspection and evaluated M&E system (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire alarm, Elevator, Public Address etc.) of buildings under management of PT. Procon Indah, to ensure the preventive maintenance program were comprehensively conducted and to provide engineering solution. Sometimes, prepared audit report of M&E design or M&E system installation.

Prior to joining PT. Procon Indah: Senior mechanical engineer at Australian engineering consultant company (PT. HMA International). In several projects through 1999 to 2002, I was assigned as a lead engineer for M&E design (building utilities). In 1996 to 1999, I was an HVAC engineer of PT. Rekayasa Industri, which is a state own company in engineering field. In this capacity, I was involved in development of design drawings, technical specifications, material take off preparation and installation supervision for numerous industrial projects, including oil and gas facilities.

In January 2006: assigned as Property Manager for Samudera Indonesia Office Building in Slipi - Jakarta, since February 2008: have been promoting to Apartment Metropolis. My daily activity is to manage and maintain the office building, but I still involve in engineering field as M&E trainer for Building Manager and member of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) preparation team.
