• Carry out revenue requirements and tariffs for the gas transmission & distribution companies,
• Analyze / Scrutinize the financial statements (regulatory accounts) submitted by the licensees in order to facilitate tariff determinations and to ascertain appropriate benchmarks,
• Determination of reasonable rate of return & tariff regime for regulated natural gas sector in Pakistan taking into account local operating conditions & international regulatory best practices,
• Coordinate for the compliance of conditions / procedures pertaining to financial matters of licensees,
• Correspondence with the Government and the companies including but not limited to LNG, LPG, CNG, Natural Gas and etc.

• Scrutiny, Collection and Retirement of Documents. Collection IFDBC, Necessary correspondence with SBP, CMA(DP), Ministry of Defence and other parties. Issuance and Certification of I-Forms,
• SWIFT Authorizer, Misys In putter, Trade Intervention User.
3. Incharge Finances & Guarantees Department,Habib Bank Ltd., Corporate Centre, Rawalpindi. Sep 2004- Sep 2007
• Was placed and redesignated as Incharge Finances & Guarantees Department in CBG, Rawalpindi in recognition of highly professional services rendered during a very short time period i.e. only two months,
• Responsible for the disbursement of demand finance, running finance, cash finance of corporate clients, calculation of mark up, recovery of installments, handling of classified finances, correspondence with the parties,
• Responsible for the issuance of guarantees (Domestic/Foreign), obtaining approval from Financial Institution Division/Competent authority, recovery of commission, correspondence with the parties as well beneficiaries, balancing of margin on LG and bankers liability for LG, documentation of network guarantees,
• Opening of deal and guarantees accounts in system i.e Misys and SIMEX.
