• Finalize the BOQ & BOM from the received drawings
• Raise the RFQ against the enquiry received
• Highlight the key points from the ITB
• Define the bidding strategy
• Performing the key role to finalize the bid
• Prepare & submit clarification against the bid submission
• Liaison with client for technical queries etc.
• Review the drawings received from subcontractors.
• Effectively monitors engineering related activities as per the procedures issued by the Company.

• Responsible for the preparation of project specific Method Statements
• Raises and Follow-up Technical Query (TQ), Request for Inspection (RFI), Discrepancy Reports (DR) etc with client and promptly forwards feedback to respective In-charges
• Prepare field routing drawings, sketches for small bore piping and supports
• Ensure the proper spool break down for piping Isometrics
• Check drawings are the part of original scope
• Identify and estimate the extra work
• Ensure updating of BOM and BOQ when drawings are revised
• Controls movement of TEST PACKS and their handing over to client
• Prepare and maintain As-Built drawing records
• Interpret the Standards & Code Like ASME B13.3 etc
