Inventory Assistant/Fire Assistant:-
„«Working as fire Assistant with BP Pakistan exploration & Production Inc. From 2007 to till date. Under the overall supervision of Chief Fire Warden, responsible for the following duties:
„«Assists in the establishment and planning process of a structural fire and safety service for the BP Pakistan Islamabad office.
„«Lookafter fire units and manage all aspects of a structural fire service.
„«Prepares / Maintains building evacuation plans and conduct evacuation drills; Conduct regular fire and safety inspections.
„«Perform all types of duties related to the fire service; Perform other duties as required.
„«Inspects for fire suppression system, fire extinguishers, prepares reports of inspection results and submits it to the Fire Chief Warden.
„«Maintains tools, equipment, appliances in a state of constant readiness. Promptly reports to Fire Chief Warden of required repairs or replacements of such items.
„«Whenever and wherever requireed, maintains a working relationship and provides assistance to the Fire Safety Vendor to maintain the equipment in order.
„«Provides all possible assistance to building owner (Habib Bank Tower) in the creation and maintenance.
Inventory Assistant :-
„«Worked as Inventory Assistant With BP Pakistan Exploration & Production Inc. Under supervision of Administration Manager. Within delegated authority, was responsible for the following duties:
„«Monitor asset control procedures, assisted in ensuring accountability and proper tracking mechanisms conform to expected organizational standards and goals.
„«Implement solutions to problematic areas of the asset control process and participate in providing effective support for the Asset Control System.
„«Maintain accurate and auditable records (in both hard and electronic format) for Assets control and accountability in a mission in conformance with Secretariat Administrative Instructions.
