Mohamed El Moctar O M Hacen is an international consultant providing in-depth policy analysis and strategy development for governments, international organisations, companies, and non-governmental organisations. He specialises in providing practical advice to clients and in helping to build partnerships across sectors. He has a strong in interest strategic studies, reforms, project evaluation and monitoring, environmental and socio-economic studies, and governance and anti-corruption work in the extractive industries and energy.
