PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Oil and Gas field operations including DCS Honeywell / Gas compressors / Oil stabilization / Gas dehydration / Well head operation / Export oil

• Good knowledge of DCS Operations of ABB, HONEYWELL EXPERION and SCADA (Serck Controls, UK).
• Good exposure to safety practices, MNC Industry standards, PTW Procedures.
• Well familiar with Operation / Startup / Maintenance / Trouble shooting of production equipment / Machinery including / Compressor package (Motor driven, Centrifugal Compressors), Mitsubishi Heavy Industry (MHI), Dresser Rand etc.
• Having very good knowledge about process flow diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation diagrams, Logic diagrams, Process control loop systems, Emergency shutdown systems, Fire and gas systems related to oil and gas Industry.
• Actively participated, In Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of Major size Oil production / processing facilities.
• Having good knowledge in Commissioning procedures, and Industry practices, and can deal difficult and complex situations.
• Well experience in Mechanical completion walk downs, Pre-start up safety checks for sign off.
• Having fairly good knowledge about routine maintenance jobs that comes on the way of Day-to-day operation, Shutdown and startup situations.
• Worked with very high pressure (410 barg), Motor driven (VSDS) centrifugal Compressors in Gas Re-injection system.

1) Bachelor degree in Science - 3 Years

2) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - 3 Years
