Includes but not limited to,
 Reporting to management on matters of policy.
 Advising on formulating & developing Health & Safety policies.
 Providing authorities & independent advice on the implications of health & safety issues for the line managers within the business.
 Advising on promoting a positive Health & Safety culture & securing the effective implementation of Health & Safety policy.
 Advising on planning for Health & Safety including the setting of realistic short & long term objectives, deciding priorities & establishing adequate systems & performance standards
 Maintaining adequate information systems on legal, technical & management advances
 Establishes & maintaining proactive & reactive procedures
 Securing the day to day implementation of the policy & plans
 Carrying out Plant HSE Inspection.
 Reporting and investigation of personal injuries, property damage.
 Investigate and Analysis of Accidents.
 Design and conduct suitable Training and Educational programs for awareness and Prevention of personal injuries for all levels in the plant.
 Setting up of HSE Committee and participate in functioning of the same.
 Identify need of Personal Protective Equipment’s in the plants and advice in purchasing, ensuring quality.
 Maintain MSDS, Monitors employee exposure to toxic substances.
 Advice and implement Safety Suggestion Scheme
 Prepare the annual maintenance schedule for Safety and the fire fighting equipment.
 Auditing all types of work permit such as COLD, HOT, EXCAVATION, and VESSEL ENTRY. Etc.
 Auditing vehicle / heavy equipment safety checklists.
 Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management, Prevention & Control of Pollution, Waste Minimization, Disposal etc. as per guidelines of Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA) & Dubai Municipality (DM).
 Designing, Project Execution, Erection, and Commissioning, Operation & Maintainance of various systems in Water, Sewage & Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs).
 Familiar with liasoning work as per statutory requirements.
 Preparation of Environmental Audit, Waste Audit Report.
 Baseline data collection in preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) as Air, Water, Soil, Noise & Micro-meteorological parameters.
