1 Installation and alignment of static equipments as column, vessel, chimney, exchanger, tank, pig receiver/ launcher, boiler and heater.
2 Installation and alignment of rotating equipments as compressors, turbines, multistage pumps, skids, diesel generator sets and EOT cranes.
3 Installation and alignment of column & vessel’s internals as chimney tray, mellapaks, demister pad, separator and distributor.
4 Responsible for equipment’s grouting as per requirement as non shrink cementious/ epoxy grout.
5 Final alignment and flanges parallelism of rotating equipment after piping and hydro test.
6 Preventive maintenance and Pre-commissioning of Static & Rotating equipments.

Obtained three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Specialization in Production Engineering) from Govt. Polytechnic Kanpur, Conducted by Board of Technical Education Uttar Pradesh Lucknow. (1994)

Obtained one year P.G. Diploma in Computer Application from NCS. Etawah, Recognized by Uttar Pradesh Govt. (1995)

Successfully completed one year Apprentice-ship as a Diploma Engineer Trainee from Ordnance Factory Kanpur, under ministry of Defense Govt. of India. Conducted by Board of Apprentice-ship Training. (July-1996)

Completed “AMIE” (Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers) with Mechanical from The Institution Engineer's India, Calcutta.
