Electrical Foreman Maintenance

Do well without violate the role regulation.

1. Installation and Maintenance of LV Board, MLTB, UDS LV Board, MCC,
HV Panels, Control Panels and Transformers.
2. Preventive maintenance and Trouble shooting of following CNC machines
and Plants.
Punching with Laser machines (TRUMPF, Germany),
Bending machines, (LVD, Belgium & AMADA, France),
Transformer core cutting machine (GEORGE, Germany),
Cast resin plant ( HEDRICH, Germany),
Transformer winding machines (LAE, Italy & BR, Germany),
Automated Oil filtration & Vacuum drying plant ( VPI, India).
3. Updating Preventive maintenance papers of all Electrical equipments as
per ISO 9001.
4. Preventive maintenance and Trouble shooting of all other machines
like Ingersoll-Rand compressors, Mubea punching and Shearing machine,
100 Ton press, CT winding machines, Corner forming machines, Tool
Grinders, Radial Drilling machine, Ercon paint plant and Degreasing
plant, Nut, Mig, Arc welding machines and etc.,
5. Cable laying for Panels, Machines & Lighting as per specifications.
6. Trouble shooting of Electrical Circuit & Electrical equipments.
7. HVAC system & fire fighting system maintenance work.
8. Winding and repairing of Transformer upto 3000KVA and Induction motor
upto 500KW

Academic Qualification : Matriculation with Science

Technical Qualification : 1. One year training from Directorate of Manpower
and Training Trade Testing Board in Electrician
Trade (1992-1992)
2. Technical Course in Electrician Trade from
Allama Iqbal Open University (1992-1993).
3. Two year Certificate of Proficiency in
Electrician Trade from Punjab Board of
Technical Education, Lahore. (1993-1995)

1. Slight have knowledge of AUTOCAD.
2. Can work in excel, word and company network system.
3. Also can talk in arabic
