Job Description:
• Inspection of properties for lease and produce a report
• Check in new expatriate staff to the property allocated to them.
• Take inventory of items in all furnished apartment and maintain this in a data base.
• Maintain and update list of residential, office and warehouse taken on lease
• Assist in arranging for the renewal of leased properties
• Assist in arranging for payment of ground rent and tenement rates and all other government rates and charges on properties taken on leased or owned by the Company
• Routinely inspect company owned properties to identify defects and faults that need attention
• Carry out measurement and prepare bills of quantities for repairs and maintenance work.
• Appraise quotation from contractors
• Arrange to renovate properties to be occupied or vacated by the company.
• Carry out weekly market survey to obtain current prices of building materials and the rates for trades and labour.
• Collate monthly expenditure of the department and monitor spending on each item of the budget.
