Seasoned and analytical Civil Supervisor with 15+ year track record of progressive experience in the implementation of various scale construction projects mainly in petrochemical industry. A result-oriented Professional with ability to set expectations, create realistic project schedules and budgets, resolve critical path issues, manage risks and deliver profitable results consistently on time and within budget.
Fully conversed with HSE aspects of the construction industry within CIS, British, US & EU standards. Experienced in job hazard analysis, method statement compilation and review, and also ensuring that contractors practice construction best practices regarding all aspects of HSE issues.
Background includes completing assignments in challenging environments, including areas of civil unrest, those with semi-skilled labor, and during supply shortages. Private sector experience in industrial / commercial and large, multi-unit residential projects; petrochemical industry experience includes seismic retrofits, modernization, resident improvements.
