I have +14 Years Experience in Inspections, design, engineering, construction, fabrication, installation, commissioning in QA/QC multidiscipline field as TPI Coordinator / Site client representative of major projects in the heavy construction industry including: Petrochemicals Facilities, Fertilizer Complex, Power Plants, HVAC units, HRSG Boiler, LNG Facilities, Hot Tapping (TDW) , Refinery, Pipelines, Cross country Pipelines, Flow lines, Well hook up, Terminals, Work shops Fabrication of Pressure vessels & heat exchangers etc (ASME jobs U, U2, S, PP, A, and R with ASME AI), Shutdown, in-service inspection and upgrading of all company¡¦s plants, equipment, in fields and on island for construction, operations / maintenance activities.
I have the working knowledge of the relevant specifications. I am reading the drawings / Isometrics and P&ID¡¦s. I am also discussing, identifying and resolving the ¡§site¡¨ issues with the contractor, (being pro active and practical). I am also providing the specialist support service on inspection and maintenance engineering to company Operations Support Department including inspection techniques, corrosion assessment, pipeline engineering and pipelines structure repairs and I am also familiar pipeline and structures integrity management.
A broad knowledge of Mechanical, Piping, Pipeline, Valves, Tanks, Structural Steel, Welding & NDT, Painting & Coating, Insulation, corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, electrical, instrumentation, and civil engineering as well as design practices and standards. I have strong presentation and interaction skills to participate in the QHSE initiative.
