„« Inspection of various premium connections such as Siderca, Tenaris Hydril Metal Seal, Tenaris Hydril Blue, Hunting Seal lock Apex and Boss, Dpal Double shouldered connections as per applicable specifications and procedures.
„« Inspection of various rotary shouldered connections under API specification 7.
„« Inspection of all manufactured and repaired items under API specification 7-1 such as drill pipes, drill collars, tool joint subs and crossovers, stabilizers, fishing and milling tools and other bottom hole accessories.
„« Design of newly manufactured subs and crossovers, flanged crossovers, spools, double studded adapters etc. as per applicable specifications.
„« Inspection of all manufactured and repaired items under API spec 6A & 16A such as drilling spools, adaptor spools, riser spools, flanges, double studded adaptors, BOP crossovers etc.
„« Inspection of all manufactured and repaired items under API spec 5CT such as casing hangers, tubing hangers, crossovers etc.
„« Inspection of various API spec 5CT connections such as Buttress, LTC, STC, Externally upset, Non Upset.
„« Performing Magnetic Particle testing and Dye penetrant testing on machined surfaces to detect flaws. Qualified as a Level II inspector in Non destructive testing (PT and MT)
„« Carrying out internal audits to ensure implementation of sound quality techniques and QA practices.
