Sulphur recovery unit is MCRC Process (maximum CLAUS RECOVERY CONCEPT)

1. Incident free commissioning.
2. Equipment inspection and commissioning procedures review along with process licensor UOP/HTAS/SINI

Position: Manager process engineering of Hydro cracker complex

Hydro cracker Complex consists of hydrogen, two stage hydro cracker, gas recovery, gas treatment, LPG treatment, amine regeneration, two sour water strippers and two Sulphur Recovery units.
Responsibilities:
1. Incident free commissioning.
2. Equipment inspection and commissioning procedures review along with process licensor UOP/HTAS/SINI
3. Catalyst loading.
4. Presulphiding supervision.
5. Support to operations team.
6. Performance test run of the units
7. Performance monitoring of the unit.
8. Data collection and coordination with the licensor.
9. Trouble shooting of the problems. Support to operations
during start up and shut down.
10. Monitoring of catalyst and chemicals.
11. Coordination of HAZOP and MOC MEETINGS.
12. Chemical calculations for the FEED.


Position: Operations Engineer LSDP Complex at BAHRAIN PETROLEUM COMPANY.

LSDP Complex consists of Bahrain Gas (KHUFF) treatment, hydrogen plant, two stage hydro cracker plant, sour gas treatment, Amine Regeneration, sour water treatment and Sulphur Recovery Units with TGTU (tail gas treatment).
