Implement NSBP154 NG excel doc control system Administer doc review to satellite members Update and issue TQ,RFI,re-route,drawing registers. Create transmittal to prove receipt of documents. Co-ordinate Document Reviews and approvals.

Producing and controlling distribution of Microstation/Map Info Drawings for 1220mm LNG Pipeline
Types of Drawing – Strip Maps, Special Crossing, Utilities, Borehole, IACS and Site Layout
Liasion and processing data from third party utility companies, environmentalists and Surveyors
Types of Spreadsheet – Register, Heavy Wall, Drawing Distribution, Re-route, Off Easement access
Managing change control and transmitting to key personnel, Manage drawing office and equipment
