I am working in a Pakistan Abu-Dhabi joint venture crude oil refinery named Pak Arab Refinery Ltd (PARCO), Qasba Gujarat Pakistan since May 2001.This Refinery is 100,000 barrels per day capacity. And Pakistanˇ¦s largest and state of the art refinery.
I am working in utilities department from May 2001.In seven years I have gained field & DCS experience.
I am working as a shift engineer and manage manpower, solve plant problems, Inventory management, work permits, emergency handling, and troubleshooting.
I have worked in two Turn-Arounds of Refinery and take part in Master startup and Master shutdown of refinery.
„« Recently working as an Engineer-II, in Utilities Department since Seven years (August 2001) of 100,000 bbl Pak Arab Refiner Ltd (PARCO), Qasba Gujarat, Pakistan.
„« Participated in two Turn Arounds 2002 & 2007 of PARCO.
„« During Job in PARCO completed 6 million man-hours with out loss time accident (LTA).
„« During working on Utilities I have covered these areas.
Boiler, Cooling water system, Plant & Instrument air compressor, Demineralization plant, Fuel oil & Fuel gas system, Chemical handling area, Effluent treatment Plant (ETP), Flare area, Fire water system and DCS & PLC system.
