Planning Engineer

Working in CMMS and Shutdown planning fields applying and increasing my skills to increase the efficiency of my role as a team player

- Following up the maintenance process by preparing related Daily Work Scheduled by exporting it from the CMMS program on daily basis and exporting look ahead activities from CMMS program and inform the disciplines with the scope weekly basis.
- Following up the issued work orders on CMMS to ensure closing the completed work orders and measuring the backlog to study them in daily meetings the reasons of each backlog with disciplines.
- Preparing all types of reports (daily, weekly, Monthly and annual) measuring the performance of different maintenance types (Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance) using different KPIs.
- Calculating the utilization for disciplines and comparing it with related workload.
- Participating in developing the master plan with client to overcome the overlapped PMs between disciplines on the same equipment/System.
- Participating with the client in generating the Monthly Master plan with relating to the operation switch over plan and define the planned start date for each PM (for instrumentation).

- Graduation Grade : Good
- Graduation Project : Evolution path of wireless communication – WBCDMA (Wide Band – Code Division Multiple Access)
- Project Grade : Very Good

- Microsoft Environments : All editions of windows platforms (From Win95 to Win7)
- Using MS Office Package (Word, Excel & Power point).
