Set-up, implement, monitor HSE system: Establish policy, procedure standards in line with the international standards, industrial practices, Implement the system through meeting, training demonstration drill etc. Monitor by inspection, site visits, audits, review etc. and measure the performance using accident reports, near miss reports etc and suggest measures for continual improvement.
Accident reporting, investigation review: Perform the accident / incident investigation, review. Analysis to arrive at underlying causes using Faulty tree analysis.
Crisis management planning & drills: Plant and set up crisis response & Business recovery plans, perform response drills, exercises etc and recommend improvements.
Risk Management: Carry out risk assessment study for the project, activity task or using prioritizes risk using risk potential matrix, suggest cost effective methods to reduce the risk.
Environmental Management: Setup, implement and monitor EMS for the company, including EPA establishing objective,¸ targets, assessment of performance, audits, review in line with OSHA Standards.
Training : Setting up training module, conduct drill / demonstration when required. Promotion & motivation of HSE set up & implement the HSE promotion & motivation scheme.
