• Daily production monitoring (Wells, Network & Separators, using SCADA system)
• Daily production reports (interventions on the wells & gathering network, shortfalls management and analysis…)
• Authorize and sign work permit to intervene on the network (when: leaks, separator shut-down, connection of a new flow line, modifications…)
• Wells performance surveillance (Oil Producers, Gas & Water Injectors)
• Production forecasting
• Production Optimization of natural flowing wells, sucker rod wells & ESP wells& Gathering Network
• De-bottlenecking the production system
• Create and update the network model
• Completion Design in new drilled wells and after work over (Tubing size, steel grade, nominal weight) based on DST or flow test results
• ESP Design & Optimization
• Optimization of surface facilities
• Design new surface facilities
• Planning different operations on the wells (wireline, coiled tubing, well testing)
• Prepare programs and supervise the execution of intervention on the network (in case of leaks on the trunklines or manifolds; Separators downtime for a periodic maintenance operations or for unscheduled downtime)
• Well Test scheduling and validating data
• Recommend stimulations, recompletion, snubbing & workover interventions on wells
• Periodic field review (Well by Well study, status, investigation, recommendations, are given by multidisciplinary team)
• Provide technical support, recommendations & solutions to operations team (Field Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen and Technicians)
