Admin & HR responsibilities include:
¡ñ Strict adherence to administrative guidelines and policies of the organization ¡ñ Supervise the setting-up/ renovation of office and regular maintenance of office infrastructure by identifying areas that need attention ¡ñ Supervise the daily running of the Mailing System, Photocopiers, Fax Machines, Computers, Garden, and Security etc ¡ñ Ensure quality/renewal of maintenance and service contracts in the region ¡ñ Ordering of business cards and printing material office stationery and kitchen supplies for the office ¡ñ Inventory control ¡ñ Coordinate project-based work ¡ñ Supervise support staff ¡ñ Arrange all travel and raise itineraries ¨C ensuring best route, prices ¡ñ Arrange trainings, seminars, workshops and meetings and communicate to all concerned to ensure maximum attendance.
