Helped to start up Intraspeed Logistics Ltd in Uganda. The company had been incorporated in Uganda in Oct 2005.
Recruited office staff, drivers to manage a fled to 50 trucks and trailers that plied the Trans-African highway.
Got customers to use our services from Mombassa to Kampala (Importers) and back (exporters).
Performed a pre shipment inspection of all the trucks and trailers before they were shipped.
Wrote and compiled the drivers' hand book as a manual to guide all operations relating to the driver and 'his' vehicle.
Supervised the development of the route hazard map for the TransAfrican High way to guide the drivers about the dangers of the route they plied.
Planned, Implemented, developed and controlled the activities related the 7 pillar Audit management plan required of all hauliers carrying Shell products.
Developed company operational policies and procedures then tested them for perfect execution and implementation.
