QA/QC ENGINEER, INSPECTION ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)

A challenging and responsible position as an electrical engineer, to work for origination where individual talents skills are enhanced and appreciated.

Review subcontractor or supplier quality document submittals (Quality Plans, Inspection Test & Plans, procedures), to ensure effective controls are in place in key areas.
Review Material and Service Requisitions, bid tabs (including QA evaluation of bids), Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.
Monitoring and reporting on the status of implementation of the Project Quality Management System and its effectiveness.
Check and review construction/installation sketches and/or shop drawings, ensure that the sketches/drawings conform to the project specifications and standards.
Coordinates with the client representatives on matters involving quality assurance and control activities.
To monitoring the inspections & testing and make sure, if it is conducted as per Standard & complying all the Project specifications.
Conducts material receiving inspections.
Prepares and submits Request For Inspection (RFI) on completed works to clients for their approval.

Issues Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) on works that deviates standards and design specifications.
Directly responsible to the Project Manager/ Project QA/QC Manager
Site Inspection for the Electrical Installations, Electrical Equipment, Cables Laying, Cable jointing, and Cathodic Protection for the Pipe Lines & Fuel Storage Tanks. Indoor & Out door lighting Installation as per the approved inspection & test plan.
Identifying and recording quality problems and opportunities for improvement, and initiating or recommending solutions.
Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to electrical installation and testing (ANSI, ASTM, BS, NACE, NETA, IEC IEEE, IS, NEMA, Qatar Construction Specification etc).
Strong measuring, testing, troubleshooting and error analyzing skill.

B.Tech, in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from KAKATIYA UNIVERSITY, Warangal A.P, INDIA, secured 75%, May 2002.

Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Board of Technical Education, Bangalore, K.A, INDIA, May 1998.
