Four yearly on south crane
Remove quad drive gearbox
Remove clutch assembly for inspection
Remove all hydraulic motors
Strip and inspect hydraulic motors
National boom cranes
Replace boom pins
Remove quadro drive, gearbox and all hydraulic pumps and pipes
Change clutch assembly and re-assemble
Do four early repairs and service on boom cranes

V12 CATERPILLAR ENGINES
Problem solving, vibration on engine
Change all engine mountings
Remove radiator fan and test for vibrations
Replace new mountings and radiator fans

MWMV16 ENGINES
Do injected changes and test on three engines
Three v16 caterpillar fire pump engines
Remove one fire pump V16 Caterpillar engine for repairs
Do all changes, services
Solar mas turbines – four yearly services
Do maintenance and break-down repairs on pumps, motors and pipes

To whom it may concern,
Deon has been working in my Offshore Mechanical Team as a Senior Diesel Mechanic and occasionally Mechanical Fitter for 5 years.
He has shown that he is a willing and capable worker not only at his own trade but as a Mechanical Fitter.
His duties are to maintain 2 Hydraulic/ MWM Deutz diesel operated 60 ton overboard cranes. 2 off V16 Caterpillar Fire engines, numerous Diesel generators.
He also attends to all Mechanical related operations i.e. Opening and blanking off, of Pressure Vessels
He is fully aware of Permit to Work Systems and is Very Safety Conscious.
I can fully vouch that I would have him on my Mechanical Team Full Time .He is currently a Contractor on a 2 week on/off cycle on the FA Platform
He will be a good asset to any Work Force in the future and I highly recommend him.
