• Issuing maintenance planning monthly with KPI reports and statistics
• Shutdown planning
• Reviews maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities
• Confers with management personnel to develop and implements planning procedures to enhance and improve planning operations and affect greater quality assurance.
• Confers with management personnel to resolve planning problems in sites.
• Confers with management personnel to define job description for CMMS staff.
• Directs training and indoctrination of planning coordinators to improve planning work performance and acquaint them with company and CMMS department policies and procedures
• Works with the Director and management to defined objectives for global maintenance sites.
• Prepares department budgets.
• Directly supervises 25 employees in the Maintenance Department. Is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and evaluation of this department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws, Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; Planning, assigning, and directing work; Appraising performance; Rewarding and disciplining employees; Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
