1- Follow up all the construction works both external and internal elements (civil and architect).
2- Co ordination between all construction trades ( E/M works , civil and architect works).
3- Direct deal with the consultant (following inspection results, approval for drawings & material submittal).
4-Solving construction problems and raising memorandums
5-Preparing weekly progress reports and reviewing time schedule with the progress.
6-Dealing with sub-contractors & suppliers in order to execute the work
