Instrument&control Engineer

Aiming for an Instrument Engineer position in Oil and gas area for Maintenance, Commissioning, and PMC with a reputed organization

Since May 2006 working with M/S Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operation in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E
Joined as an Instrument &control foreman (DH) and rose to the current position of Instrument foreman.
Reporting to Sr. Instrument/Support Engineer and leading a team of 15
Key Deliverables
• Lead and direct the maintenance activities of a wide range of Control Systems in the assigned area, and coordinate these activities with operations and other maintenance sections
• Involved corrective& predictive , preventive &shut down maintenance activities of production facilities such as, Centralized Degassing station, Remote degassing station, Gas compressor, Gas turbine, Gas lift wellhead, Gas Injection wells, Oil produced natural wells etc.
• Provide field supervision over the execution of critical maintenance activities of the equipment and ensure that the problems are resolved with minimum down time.
• Engineering for replacement of obsolete systems / instruments
•Coordinated with Maintenance Planning team(Maximo 7 CMMS) and developed preventive maintenance programs and implemented
•Develop and recommend innovative systems/procedures that contribute to improve the reliability, availability and integrity of the plant
•Supervise and undertake the repair, testing and certification of instrumentation & electronic components and equipment

• Pursuing “Master of Business Administration” (Production & Operation Management)
•B.S Engineering (Instrumentation) 4yrs(2006-2010)
•Three years National Apprentice Certificate (Govt.of India) of Instrumentation(1989-1992)
