Job Description:

•Managing an accounting department, including the day to day operations, work instructions.
•Responsible for financial and management reports, cash flow by project and financial analysis (solvency, activity, leverage & profitable) ratios.
•Directing and coordinating the work of the staff to ensure an accurate, efficient, and timely financial close and assist with monthly close activities.
•Preparation of forecasted budgets for the company relying on the information about past performance and the expected future plans and projects.
•Monitor the Departments / projects budgets and ensures that all accounting records are accurately and appropriately maintained versus budget in order to prepare the variance analysis report and suggest corrective actions.
•Minimize all expenses and business risks and present financial recommendations to the Management.
•Develop and implement of objectives, policies and procedures, identify resource needs and priorities for the Accounting Division.
•Ensure proper segregation of duties and related internal controls.
•Arrange for the audit of the company’s accounts and provide the required reports and information to the auditors.
•Recommend & Implement accounting software ERP system ( AX Microsoft Dynamics ) based on sound and appropriate financial control and analysis in order to develop and improve the company performance.
•Execute programs for the provision of the capital required by the business, including negotiating the procurement of capital in conjunction with the CFO and maintaining the required financial arrangements.
•Manage the cash-flow position of the company. Responsibility includes authority to establish credit and collections terms in purchase and sales policies and to establish schedules for the payment of bills and financial obligations.
•Preparation the financial feasibility studies (Income statement projection, Balance sheet projection, Cash flow projection, Break even analysis, Capex requirements, expected Return on investment (ROI) & Pricing policy).

* Cairo University - Bachelor Degree of Commerce in 1997 – Major, Accounting.
* Completing Studies for CMA Certificate (Certified Management Accountant)
