Supervising 15 persons as my team, administrating the contact center of Cairo Police Emergency Unit (Nagdat al-Qahirah), also the application of citizens announcements through a cluster of web servers and Sql servers that are connected to all the police stations in Cairo .
• 1/8/2001-1/8/2006 : IT Department, Cairo Emergency Police Department
Designed and implemented all the databases applications of Cairo Police Emergency Unit (Nagdat al-Qahirah), trained about 500 people inside the department and also all Cairo police stations on using pc.s and maintaining networks from scratch.
• 2000-2001 : Cairo Emergency Police Department , Operation officer in the main operation room.
Manage the connection between high level commanders with medium and low level commanders .
