Project engineer, planning engineer, field service engineer ,Product Support , or Sales Engineer using my profession experience as a field service engineer.

•Professional Experience :
From (4/2005) till (8-2007) : Iam working in the field service department of
MANTRAC which is the sole CATERPILLAR dealer in the area.

I’m working specially in the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and electromechanical problems of heavy equipments, power generators and switch gear panels .

I'm a very good user of CAT special diagnosing tools specially ET software and have a good knowledge with Service Information System software (SIS).

From (9-2007) and currently : iam working in caterpillar section in ( NDC ) National Drilling Company work shop in UAE

Job title : electrical engineer

Some job duties are stated as follow but not limited to ;

1-instructor for electronic protection system training.
2-Acting as technical support for rig electricians to solve immediate problems and troubleshooting.
3-Field services engineer to solve major problems.
4-Alignment for engine with generator.
5-Sharing with mechanical department for major engine overhauling.
6-Sharing with Rig elect for job in SCR
