Major responsibilities:
- Managing the Cash Flow.
- Setup and monitor different annual budgets according to the business division” Bel – P&G “ to be compared with monthly P&L”.
-Monthly Evaluation for the business performance through analysing P&L and Balace sheet by useing financial ratio’s and monitor the structure of the working capital.
-Inventory Management,Monitor credit term for receivables and payables.
-Monitoring profibilities, markup analysis for each business devision “Bel – P&G”.
-Incharge for upgrading ERP systems by adding new integrated modules.

I am incharge as a head of finance department of MACAir L.L.C. under designition of Chief Accountant.My main responsibilities is:
- Control projects through observing and updating budgets against Actual cost and cost to complete, ( job profibilities).
- Neogociate banks for facilities based on new projects.beside arranging semi yearly projection plan for the following : cash flow, expected turn over.
- Restructured facilities with the banks based on the new projects.
- Quarterly Reports : P&L ,Balance Sheet, Job Profobilities. Projects cost reports " analysing Budget VS Actual cost and cost to complete".
- Managing the Cash Flow.
- Finalizing management reports for Banks, Auditors, Managing Director.
- Monitor histogram for each project,monitor manhour cost, over head.
