Process Control Engineer - Safety Specialist

Work with Process Control, Safety Control System and Project Management related with Instrumentation and Automation from Petrochemical and Chemical Industries.

ć18 years working with industrial projects, include the conceptual design and budgetary cost estimate, and management until the running in process.
ćRelevant experience in with P&ID development, instrument installation details, schematics, one-lines, network diagrams, input/out, adaptation or retrofit equipments to achieve high performance.
ćResponsible for sizing and specifying control valves, primary elements, designing instrumentation modification to existing plants in conformance with standards.
ćCapability in team work, management and supervising technicians, draftsman and electricians.
ćManagement contractors, supervising projects and installations in the field, loop test performance and start up procedure.
ćPerformance the HAZOP and HAZIN studies to develop ESD (Emergency Shutdown) according IEC standards. F&G (Fire and Gas) design and develop overall system.
ćLead the technical aspects of the DCS & PLC systems implementation. Studies analyze and develop process control strategies, writing functional and detailed specifications. Programming PLC like: Triconex, Rockwell, Siemens.
ćAble to keep up to date with technical advancements: wireless, Familiar in use of microcomputer (Office Family) ERP, SAP
