• Supervise the correct implementation of the SHE system.
o Planning of activities to implement the themes of SHE.
o Active interaction with managers and Subdirectors of Pemex Corp.,.to measure the advance and give proposals to correct desviations observed in the refineries.

• Prepare annual production plans, to meet the yearly sales projections.

• Prepare production budget and mantain/improve budget limitations to meet plant annual objectives.
• Main achievements were;
o Increasing of volume capacity from 300 to 650 MTD with minor investment,
o More than 5 years without accidents.
o Certification of quality system accoding to ISO 9002,
o Implementation of Process Safety Management.
• Implementation of techology improvements according with Basell technology (formerly Himont)
