Shift charge engineer and operation manager assistant - Employed by Siemens AG Company (O&M Staff) at MidElec Power plant, Al-Amerya Free Zone Area, Alexandria – Egypt, which includes a Siemens gas turbines (3 x 63 Mw) by Siemens + two diesel engines ( 2 x 5.5 Mw ).
The master control is TELEPERM XP by Siemens Company. This project feeds 3 Petroleum Refineries (MIDOR, AMEREYA & ALEXANDRIA).

•Coordinate and monitor the construction and commissioning activities during the project.
•Witness the plant Installation from the foundation till received the plant, Commissioning, Reliability test, Start up and performance test as combined cycle performance test responsible.
•Recommends changes and improvements in (P&I) Diagram.
•Correct some logics during the units commissioning.
•Correct many (hundreds) alarms and events types according to operation priority.
•Many modifications in the function diagrams to stabilize the units.
•Prepared GT trip and shutdown circuits with all settings in one diagram.
•Prepared the training manual with all actual settings as station manager instructions and share this knowledge with operation staff engineers.

•Witness the three HRSG (which connected with gas turbines) Commissioning, Reliability test, Start up and performance test as gas turbines and HRSG performance test responsible.•Solve big problem in MARK IV system, if one microprocessor is down and has many voting mismatches, GE advised us to restart it again but mostly this process leads to unit trip, then I solved this problem without restart the computer by force all binary signals that have voting mismatch to match the others computers and also increasing the analog values to match the others, this process done successfully hundreds times with 100 %.
•Change some control constants to adjust the unit acceleration and loading behavior.•Prepared GT trip and shutdown circuits with all settings in one
