Main Responsibility:
•Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
•Liaise with departmental heads & supervisors for the recruitment needs.
•Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
•Schedule and organize pre employment tests & interviews.
•Conducts new employee orientations; conducts reference checks on possible candidates.
•Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment
•Inform unsuccessful applicants
•Manages human resources information systems, both paper and technological. Compiles reports from database as and when needed. To ensures confidentiality of all personnel-related data and documents.
•Initiates probationary and annual performance evaluations. Provides development inputs for areas requiring improvement to training unit. Enables and assist with performance evaluations and reviews to ensure evaluation is fair, clear, and comprehensive.
•Prepare and coordinate activities/record for internal and external audit.
•Process placements, transfers, separations, confirmations and promotion letters.
•Prepare Employee ID cards.
•Keeping Track of Nomination in case of death and record keeping of all other documents of group life insurance and health care insurance of the employee.
•Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
•Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all activities/programs and highest quality delivery of service.
•Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
