More than 40 years in all kind of merchant vessels but fishing boats , working in stean and motor powered plants acording with OMI new regulation about maintenace plans , preventive and corrective , functional process , of all equipments on board .
Eductation
Basic primary school in bi.lingual Erwy School in Montevideo ,Uruguay , where I was born and to where I keep mi pasport , 2ry school in the Military school and high or universitary studies in the Navy School where I graduated as 3rd Engeneer in december 21 of 1967 ,
Certification
Actually I have panamenian license as Chief Engenner without restriction , all Omi courses at date included Advanced Tanker course eith it corresponding refrendum and uruguayan license as Chief Engeneer limited til 3000 KW .
