Current Position : QA/QC MANAGER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for assuring and controlling the work quality as per the approved specification and drawings to ISO 2000.Conduct PQT / WQT as per Code requirements.

- Responsible for all inspections at site inclusive of witnessing, sentencing, recording and reporting the results and resolving any problems arising.

- RT FILM interpretation to specific standards eg: API 1104 / DNV.

- Ensure that all inspections are executed efficiently and expeditiously in order to comply with the construction schedule.

- Responsible for liasing, co-coordinating, and advising and instructing the managerial staff and all matters relative to quality control at site.

- Establish, implement and maintain all the site quality control, technical and any computer integrated control system.

- Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are at current status.

- Prepare detailed records and reports and report at all inspections conducted at the site and maintain the quality control documentation.
