„XReviewing and checking detailed construction drawings for wide range of reinforced concrete structural elements for different structures.
„XStudying and checking the structural design drawings with issuing the required RFI¡¦s for the missing information, details, and discrepancies with MEP & architectural design drawings.
„XReview and checking the workshop drawings (Concrete Dimension & Reinforcement details and bar list) for deferent structural elements.
„XSupervise and follow up engineering subcontractor or in-house team in preparing detailed construction drawings with fully supporting in technical issues.
„XFully coordination between structural department and MEP utilities (pipes, ducts, sleeves and box-outs¡Ketc), architectural, and the other parties (Q.S, Q.C, planning ¡Ketc).
„XLiaise with the structural consultant and construction team in solving the site problems with preparing proper structural proposals and issue the field sketches ¡V FCR¡¦s - accordingly.
„XPreparing proposals and RFI's to facilitate construction.
„XVerifying and checking Claims, DCN¡¦s (Design Change Notification) - variation orders ¡V presented by the various subcontractors and checking incoming invoices subsequently.
