QA QC electrical , instrument and control engineer

From January 2008 until Now QA /QC Engineer in CCIC /CCT Consolidated Contractors International Company & Teyseer Contracting Company J.V in QATAR for Gas to liquid (GTL) project manager is KBR & JGC and the client is shell

1 Prepared and update quality control proceed (QCP) and the inspection test plane (ITP).
2 Checks the material approved request (MAR) and method of statements (MS).
3 Generated non–conformance report (NCR) and observation reports according quality management procedure (QMP) and project quality procedure (PQP) and project specifications.
4 Report by mail to QA/QC manger Observation / Investigation reports
5 Check and controls flawless start up initiative (FSI) and Review technical procedure and technical query (TQ).
6 Check the request for inspection (RFI) and send to client.
7 Attended the quality control meeting internal and with client, and Report to the quality control manger minutes of meting (MOM) and weekly report.
8 Check the status of (RFI) that checked by the inspector to sign off the tag of request.
9 Inspect high & low voltage terminations, splicing, cable pulling operations and substations and switch gear
10 Inspect on electrical motors, generators, transformers, switches and lighting other items.
11 Inspect installation cables, manholes, conduits and internal building distribution systems.
12 Review cable and ground measurement test data for the basis of acceptance to earthing network , lightning , cathodic protection and heat trace
13 Plan, schedule, coordinate and provide work directions for inspectors
14 Inspect LAN, radio, television and telephone systems and check the optic fiber, communication cable, fire alarm and public systems.
15 Check construction activities such as Instrument calibration, installation, cabling, termination, loop checking, pre-commissioning, commissioning and logic function testing of field instruments and control systems.
16 Check F&G works including field detection devices installation and commissioning and control system configuration and testing.
17 Check the modifications of ESD system and F&G systems of Honeywell.
18 Check the package PLC’s (Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Mitsubishi) installation.
19 Check electrical and instrument equipment calibration and control the equipment certificate. And Witness for mechanical equipment calibration in PMV.
20 Responsible to ensure the approved Health & Safety / QA/QC procedures and the Quality Plan are implemented during inspection activities
