Professional Experience
As Central Recruitment Department Leader in MB Group, responsible for all recruitment activities of group companies, rigorous interaction among CEOs and HODs of all MB companies for requirements of expatriates technical professional of all levels.
The Role:
• Responsible for reviewing and updating all job descriptions, ensuring that consistency and accuracy is achieved.
• Management of Briefing/Recruitment Meetings with Hiring Managers (Clients) and provision of regular updates on every recruitment project.
• Identify suitably qualified candidates (database search, online advertising, referrals, networking)
• Interviewing candidates, phone screening as well as face-to-face meetings.
• Manage and negotiate all contracts with candidates including expatriate contracts in close collaboration with HR, Hiring managers and C&B specialists.
• Management of advertisement channels (advertisement other web jobsites if necessary, find new advertisement channels, negotiate contracts with providers etc.)
• To recommend job grades to the job evaluation committee.
• To form effective relationships with Line Managers enabling to provide advice and influence regarding job descriptions/ grading.
• Writing concise feedback about strengths and development needs, and making appropriate recommendations to line management.
• Able to multi task and priorities effectively so that all deadlines are achieved.
• Able to work as part of a generalist HR team, this will also include becoming involved with other HR disciplines.
• Exposures in Manpower planning & budgeting, Advertisement planning & budgeting, Recruitment planning.
• Implementation of HRMS in MB website and e-recruiting in Oracle.
