Designing of Surface Facilities of small Adatepe Natural Gas JT Plant (20MMSCFD capacity; operating pressure 600#).
Daily produced condansate (API75) handling, storage and transportation supervision.
Daily sales gas calorific value and flow rate supervision. Arranging calorific value, flow rate and pipeline pressure configuration according to customer demand.
Daily Methanol handlin, transportation and injection operations supervision to wellhead to facility gathering pipelines.
Operating, repairing and maintenance activities of gas conditioning surface facilities: Some broken dump valves, some liquid or gas control valves, reconditioning of gate/ball/globe valves up to ANSI 1500 Class, repair welding of pipelines, pipings or pipe support and structures etc…
Operating and routine maintenance supervision of Waukesha Driver and Ariel Compressor unit (Natural gas driven, double acting, 2stage compressing capacity from 100# to 750#, 10MMSCFD, 400HP Reciprocating gas compressor)
Coordinating and supervision of the construction of pipelines (ASME B31.8) to big facilities like textile factories and power generating plants such as Akenerji, Sahinler Enerji etc., in Çorlu and Cerkezkoy Districts, and gas plant piping (ASME B31.3).
Operating, repair and maintenance activities of sales line filters (600'# 4''), globe valves (2'' to 10’’ 600#), check valves (Norriseal 2220, Fischer D2 flo pro etc.), regulators, wellhead X-mas trees, pipelines up to 8" 600#.
