9 years of experience in the field of Mechanical inspection i.e. Welding, hydrotesting of valves, pipelines & piping etc, execution & installation of piping or structural works, various technical documentation works, executing/preparing documents for internal and external quality audits, processing a very good knowledge of computer to furnish all QC documentation.

8 years of through experience in the field of documentation and warehouse management inside Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for ARAMCO and for other different clients.

Material receiving inspection.
Fully conversant with and have access to the relevant specifications and codes of practice, issued for construction drawings.
Maintain and compile project records and QA/QC dossiers.
Participate on quality audits.
Liaison with client project management team and inspection department to ensure construction is in accordance with the relevant design and specifications.
Preparing, Organizing welding procedures qualification test, welders qualification test as required to project specification.
Co-ordinate all NDT activities with the third party contractor , perform required NDT’s if required.
Undertake inspection task and report on shop fabrication. Transmission pipelines, trunk lines, flow lines manifold, plant piping and wellheads piping per applicable codes.
Inspect and records all welds and relate visual defects and defects found by NDT to possible faults in materials, non compliance with agreed procedure or other causes.
Ensure that all specified parameters and preheat conditions are maintained according to the specification and procedure qualified.
Attending punch list items to finish project scope.
Prepare pre-hydrostatic test package and witness hydrostatic testing ensure all checklist items are complete prior commence of test and to acceptance of test.
