Worked as Area Engineer for the long term shut down in 2007-2008 at GASCO (Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Limited) HABSHAN and performed following activitied.
SULPHUR RECOVERY UNITS 54 / 57 / 58 / 59
•Maintenance of Clause Reactors and CBA Reactors
•Loading/unloading of catalyst/ molecular sieves.
•Replacement/ repair of wire mesh and thermal sleeves.
•Grit blasting/ Aluminization of CBA Reactors
•Installation of Vibration Damper at Sulphur Stack at 76m height
•Refractory repair inside stack
•Maintenance and cleaning of Sulphur pit
•Weld build up inside valve body, bonnet and inside pipelines
•Grit blasting, Aluminization inside lines and valve
UTILITY AREAS HABSHAN 0 , I, II
•Identify and analyzed scope of work
•Preparation of work schedule and manpower allocation
•Verification of material as per BOQ/BOM
•Monitoring and supervision of erection and installation of piping system
•Replacement of bundles of Air-fin coolers
•Cleaning of lube oil coolers and air-fin coolers by air & high pressure water jetting

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (May 2005- Oct 2006)
Worked as Assistant Engineer in UFG-C Department (Distribution).
•Leakage Rectification of TBS’s, DRS & CMS’s inside the reagion
•Checking of Industrial consumers of the region, this includes leakages, pressure, Flow rate, gas consumption pattern etc.
•Pressure Profiling and load management of the system.
•EVC Data downloading from the consumer meter station and analyzing of hourly, daily and monthly data.
•Joint verification of Pressure, Temperature and Flow charts by planimeter along with transmission department.
•Calibration of Pressure, Temperature and Flow recorders at Sales Meter Station
•Follow up of system rehabilitation process
•Reconciliation of data received from transmission and consumers of distribution system
