To become a shift supervisor in sru plant

I have 5 Years DCS panel operating experience in,
Sulphur recovery Unit (Clause and MCRC Process), Amine Regeneration Unit and Sour water stripping Unit

I have Total 10 years experience as senior process field operator in,
A. Sulphur recovery Unit (Claus and MCRC Process) Processing of acid gas containing 90% H2S, Plant capacity 142Tonnes/day Main equipments are main burner, incinerator, combustion air blower, waste heat boiler, line burner, Claus converter, MCRC converters, condensers, ,reduction furnace , sulphur pit, pelletiser by sandvic steel belt cooling and rotoformer

B. Amine Regeneration Unit (Regeneration of RDEA in Regenerator) Degassing drum, Amine regenerator, Charcoal and Cartridge filters.
C. Sour water Stripper Unit (stripping of H2S and Ammonia from sour water using Stripper-1and 2).
D. LPG production unit (Naphtha stabilizer, Naphtha caustic wash and water wash, LPG Amine treatment unit, LPG caustic wash and sand filter)
E. Fuel gas Amine absorption unit (Absorption of H2S from refinery fuel gas using LDEA in Absorption Column)
F. High purity Nitrogen plant (Cryogenic process) and cooling tower plant operation
G. All type pressure, temp, level, flow valves, controllers, transmitters, shutdown valves, safety valves, trip switches, alarms, normal and emergency shut down of plant, start up of plant under normal conditions, start up of plant after long shut down preparation for annual shutdown and start up activities, follow up annual shutdown procedures
