- BOM for IO cards, system cabinets, power distribution boards, and safety barriers
- ESD and FGS system for safety shutdown of process plant
- Compliance with Spares Philosophy for installed, commissioning, and consumable spares
- Special systems, such as Terminal Automation System (TAS), Tank Farm Management System (TFMS), and Ratio Blending System
• Estimate UPS capacity for power requirement.
• Estimate Man Hours and quantity requirement for cables, trays/ducts, hook-up fittings, junction boxes, and MCT blocks.
• Prepare Construction and Cost BOQ.
