Senior Purchase Officer
Responsibilities:
- Execution of procurement activities relating to all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Construction equipment for new projects & End user changes.
- Monitoring & analyzing the inventory to ensure the timely availability of spares & advising the ROL & EOQ according to the pattern of consumption of various stock items.
- Preparing purchase requisition, Inviting, comparing & analyzing quotation, negotiating, placing orders and expediting delivery time of the goods & services.
- Establishing database of suppliers, assessing new & existing suppliers & maintaining correspondence with supplier according to an organizational standards.
- Developing procurement plans / schedule for stock & non-stock items & analyzing the commercial requirement and respond with necessary plans and strategies.
- Ensure the concerns like product quality, suppliers background, scope of supply, documentation required for the liquidated and consequential damages, warranties, and critical delivery, of Internal customers.
- Submit timely reports of sectional purchases, the status of cost reduction initiatives, optimization of International and local supplier, achievements of objectives, purchase price, variances, volume, trend & other required report.
- Preparing periodic reports & monitoring the slow moving (dead stock), shortage, excess of the stock items.

Responsibilities:
- Involve in sales of the HVAC Equipment such as Absorption Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHU¡¦s, FCU¡¦s.
- Involve in preparing proposals for the customers according to their requirement as well as proposing best model after correlate both with customer¡¦s requirement & product¡¦s availability.
- Involved in commissioning & installation of Absorption Chillers & Cooling towers as well as trouble shooting of the same.
- Involved in co-coordinating & supervising projects with different local contractors/ consultants as such as fabrication & installation of duct, false ceiling & piping for chilled water.
- Submit timely report of project, the status of the work, achievement of the target & making strategies to the remaining goal in time.

- Bachelor¡¦s degree in Mechanical Engineering, from N.E.D University & Technology, 2004
