Professional Experience:

July 2004 – July 2006:
Completed the training era as Trainee Engineer (Instrument Maintenance) in Maintenance Department with Pak Arab Refinery Ltd. (PARCO).

July 2006 – Present:
Working as Engineer- III (Instrument Maintenance) in Maintenance Department with Pak Arab Refinery Ltd. (PARCO).


Project Experience:

December 2006 – September 2007:
Revamping of Crude Oil Pumping Station, PS-3 of Pak Arab Refinery Ltd. (PARCO) situated at Shikarpur, Pakistan. My responsibilities as Instrument Engineer include supervision of project from instrument perspective and ensure provision of required instrument to be installed on site as PARCO representative.

September 2004 – March 2005:
Worked as Instrument Engineer in commissioning of Pakistan’s longest Oil Pipeline of Pak Arab Pipeline Company Ltd. (PAPCO) Pumping and Terminal Station (WOPS-3/WOTS-2) situated at Shikarpur, Pakistan.
During the project phase I availed opportunities to install, trouble shoot and calibrate electronics instruments i.e., Pressure, Level, Flow & Temperature transmitter, gauges & switches.

B.E. Bachelors of Engineering (Electronics).
In December 2003 from NED University of Engineering and Technology Karachi.
(76.48% 1st Division)

Certification

September 2004: Attended site training program for 1500 Servo Gauge and 3900 Tank Inventory System conducted by L&J Technologies

December 2004: Attended training course of PLC based Fire and Gas Detection System covering the maintenance of Addressable Fire Alarm System conducted by M/S Guardfire.
December 2004: Attended a course on Centrifugal Pumps covering its theory, Maintenance and associated Instruments and Control Panel conducted by M/S SULZER PUMPS (UK) Ltd.
November 2005: Attended two days training of PLC based Fire and Gas Detection System covering system loop testing and trouble shooting conducted by M/S Guardfire.
July 2006: Attended a course covering the operation and maintenance of the PUMP UNIT CONTROL PANEL (UCP) which includes system architecture Electrical connections and Ladder Logic conducted by M/S SULZER PUMPS (UK)
