Professional Experience
Working in Joint Venture environment operating a deep water gas field consists of more than 30 deep water wells. Producing average 2.3 bcf per day. Directs offshore operations on a daily basis
Coordinates mob and demob of project specific marine spreads
Develops the scope of work & assists with the award of subcontracts
Field IRM and light construction project
Managing ROV intervention operations
Drafting intervention procedures Facilitating risk assessments on intervention issues
Managing specification and delivery of new intervention tooling requirements
Deep water remote intervention experience
Working knowledge of IRM vessel activities
Providing the direction for Subsea Operations workscope in deepwater
Working closely with Project team in the tie-ins / commissioning of new phase field extensions
Implement annual, medium term and life of Field subsea inspection , repair and maintenance management plans for Company sub sea facilities.
Manage contracted services unplanned/immediate interventions (examples: SCMs , choke valves change outs etc) to maintain continuity of subsea production.
Implement Cost effective technical solutions for sub sea repairs.
Ensuring that all planned sub sea intervention activities are supported by appropriate contractual arrangements and cost and planning schedules.
Co-ordinate mob and demob of marine spread (work class & eyeball ROV )
Provide authoritative advice on relevant aspects of sub sea ensuring that sub sea operations are carried out in accordance with company standards.
Ensure that all company safety management system requirements are observed in the execution of all delegated sub sea operations. Where necessary, to ensure appropriate company client representation to offshore activities.
Ensure that results of integrity management activities are reported in a timely manner to discipline staff to enable effective decision making.
Ensure that asset integrity management data from delegated projects is captures, retained and maintained accessible in accordance with company requirements and good practice.
Ensure that company owned equipment is adequately maintained and suitably stored when not in use.
