1 Inspection Knowledge in Welding, NDT, Materials, Pressure Vessels, Process Piping, Power Piping, Static and Rotating equipments, Steel Storage Tanks, Valves, Fire equipments, Hydro test packages, Painting Structural Fabrication and erection.
2 Preparation and qualification of WPS, PQR & WQT according to International Standards.
3 Witness and review of NDT reports such as RT, UT, MPI & DPT.
4 Monitor the repair rate and control the repair percentage as per project requirements.
5 RT film interpretation & inspection co-ordination, supervision, monitoring &witnessing of various sub contractors NDT test, destructive test, heat treatment chart etc.
6 Monitoring of welding, electrode baking, pre heat, inter pass temperature, other welding variable parameters as per approved WPS.
7 Static and rotating equipment location and orientation, leveling and alignment, trays leveling and internals inspection during installation and erection.
8 Preparation of Inspection and test plan, Quality Control Procedures, Quality Management Systems and NDT Procedures.
9 Preparation of Punch lists for hydro test, test pack preparation and conducting hydro test.
10 Carried out NDT testing on stationary equipments like columns, vessels, heat exchangers and process piping to find out internal corrosion and pitting.
