BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND & RESPONSIBILITIES


The job involves mainly carrying out the instruction of incharge and engineers collecting the work permit, conducting toolbox meetings, checking of tools and collecting material spares from stores, mobilizing the same of the work spot getting the safety clearance and following the safety precautions etc.in case of any difficulty consults the incharge and complete the job.

Running maintenance of Petrochemical Refinery, Crude g c, Gas Booster Station, water injection plant and Power plant well knowledge in process instrumentation with RS3DCS and PLC, trouble shooting of interlocks, ESD system and relay logic system for compressor control and PLC based gas turbine control system.


Routine function test and trouble shooting of gas chromatographs, all types analyzers (such as gas density, H2, O2, H2S & SO2). Major shut down jobs handled in the above mentioned plants.



Having a good experience in startup/shutdown sequence and trouble shooting problems in instruments associated with following rotating equipment’s and control system.


Experienced in Calibration of Instruments and Installation with Process and Instrumentation P&I Diagram.


Experienced in loop Checking, Sequence Test, PreCommisioning, Commisioning, and IncludingPerformance Acceptance Test.



Experienced in Fire & Gas System in {Heat, Smoke, Evacuate, Gas, Flame} Detectors Installation and Commissioning Jobs and Fire Water Pumps Area Instruments Calibration, Installation, loop Checking, and Commissioning.
