My experienced includes managing of inventories, distribution of refined fuels and lubes and construction, repair of terminal facilities in the most efficient, economical and safe manner. Managing all the operating activities in the oil/gas depot involving but not limited to the receipt, storage and issuance/delivery of bulk and package products, construction, repair and maintenance of plant/facilities and all other depot related works. Maintain plant facilities and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Manages manpower compliment by assessing and developing competencies to achieve company’s objectives. Enhance customer service

b. Attend to customer buying needs
c. Maintain good relation with customer and people around
Proper management of depot Operating Expenditures and prepare Capital Expenditures recommendation as needed.
Management of depot fleet to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Implement and manage District initiatives cascaded by terminal manager and District management.
